Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide certified med-spa and therapeutic treatments through the SOP.
  • Conduct client consultations and assessments.
  • Follow all treatment protocols strictly.
  • Ensure client safety and comfort during procedures.
  • Maintain hygiene standards in treatment areas.
  • Educate clients on aftercare and product usage including skin care essentials that may not be OH topicals products.
  • Maintain accurate client treatment records after procedure.
  • Monitor spa inventory and communicate replenishment needs before exhaustion with Spa Manager.
