About the Role:
We are hiring two friendly, confident, and persuasive female Sales Representatives to handle order confirmation, customer inquiries, and follow-ups for our ecommerce brand. You are the voice of our business — your communication directly impacts whether customers complete their orders and come back again.
Your Responsibilities:
 ∙ Call customers promptly after they place an order to confirm details
 ∙ Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and DMs professionally
 ∙ Follow up on pending and abandoned orders to recover sales
 ∙ Upsell relevant products where appropriate
 ∙ Handle customer complaints calmly and find quick resolutions
 ∙ Coordinate confirmed orders with the logistics team for processing
 ∙ Follow up on deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction
 ∙ Record daily order updates and report to the Sales Manager
 ∙ Chase remittances on payment-on-delivery orders
Requirements:
 ∙ Female candidates only
 ∙ Must own a personal smartphone in good working condition
 ∙ Excellent verbal communication skills — clear, warm, and confident on calls
 ∙ Fluent in English — knowledge of Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa is a strong advantage
 ∙ Patient, persuasive, and professional in handling difficult customers
 ∙ Fast responder — speed and availability during work hours is critical
 ∙ Basic record-keeping and reporting skills
 ∙ Prior sales or customer service experience is an advantage
 ∙ Must reside in or be available to work from ogba, Fagba, Berger, ikeja axis.
